Access Statement
Introduction
Stoneleigh Holiday Apartments are situated in St Annes on Sea,
Lancashire. It is a traditional Poritt house on 3 floors approximately
200 yards from the beach and 400 yards from St Annes square.
Pre-Arrival
Stoneleigh Apartments are close to all amenities. There is a
Supermarket within a 5 minute walk and all the main shops are only 400
yards or a 5 minute walk away. The railway station is next to the
supermarket and has a taxi rank. There is a bus stop at the end of the
road (50 yards).
Our apartments are accessed by stairs. There is no lift.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
We are situated on an unrestricted road and parking is easy and safe.
We also have garages which can be reserved for a small fee for parking and
storage.
The approach drive to the entrance is tarmac and the front door is
accessed by 5 steps. There are no ramp facilities.
We accept dogs at the proprietors discretion. (Please ask for details).
We have cots and high chairs if required.
All apartments have intercom facilities to the front door. There is
free satellite TV in all lounges and Freeview TV in most bedrooms. All
apartments have free wireless Internet access for your laptop.
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing
Area
The main entrance at the front of the building is accessed by a wide
tarmac path from double gates. There are 5 steps at the front door which
are 6 ins deep, have a tread of 11ins and a width of 5ft.
Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing,
Corridors etc
The hallway/reception area is 7ft wide and 15ft long leading to the
stairs which have a tread depth of 6ins and a tread of 11ins. The main
stairs are 3ft 6 ins wide and there are 19 steps to each floor.
Public Areas - Sitting room, lounges,
lobbies etc
There are no public areas at Stoneleigh. Each apartment is fully
self-contained and has kitchen, bathroom bedroom(s) and lounge. All
kitchens are fully equipped and all bathrooms have shower and bath.
