Apartment 1 is a first floor two bed-roomed apartment facing the front of the property.  It comprises a large lounge (with an optional wall bed), a twin and a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. 

In the lounge is a 42" plasma TV with Freesat providing over 100 channels. The television in the twin bedroom has Freeview.  DVD player available on request. 

It is ideally suitable for families. The pictures (below) show the large lounge with the bay window overlooking the front garden, the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.  The diagram on the left shows the layout of the apartment.
