Stoneleigh is situated close the the centre of St. Annes.  We are 200 metres from the Beach, 50 metres from Ashton Gardens and only a short walk to St. Annes square and the main shopping area.   Blackpool and all it's attractions like the Pleasure Beach, Tower, Piers and Golden mile are a short 10 minute bus ride away.  Leafy Lytham is just 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

The railway station is just a 5 minute walk away and the excursion buses stop at the end of the road.
