Stoneleigh caters for individuals, couples and families on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the high season. We have one and two bedroom apartments sleeping up to 5 people.
Prices from £150 to £360 (seasonal)
per apartment per week.
Short term breaks are available (min.
3 nights) in early and late season.
One bedroom apartment - £35 per night.
Two bedroom apartment - £50 per night.
Prices quoted are for an agreed
occupancy.
Longer term lets can be arranged in winter at reduced rates.
Open All year including Christmas and New Year.
Electricity (excluding central heating and lighting) is paid for on a £1 pre-payment coin meter.
Terms and Conditions

Apartments are available at 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Bookings must be accompanied by a £50 deposit per apartment (Cheque payable to Stoneleigh). Note that deposits are non-refundable.

The balance on any apartment is payable on arrival.

Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 28 days from the date of arrival.

In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of arrival date, the full cost of the apartment is payable.

The number of people occupying an apartment must not exceed the number declared.

A supplement of £10 per night will be charged for Extra persons (up to the capacity of the apartment) .
"Holiday insurance is recommended to cover cancellations due to sickness etc."
