You may not be abroad, but you still may need holiday insurance..  Think about it..

We are proud of our standards of comfort and cleanliness and guests are asked to help us by leaving their apartments clean and tidy and by avoiding undue noise which may disturb other residents.

 

"Holiday insurance is recommended to cover cancellations due to sickness etc."

 

 

• Apartments are available at 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

• Bookings must be accompanied by a £50 deposit per apartment (Cheque payable to Stoneleigh). Note that deposits are non-refundable.

• The balance on any apartment is payable on arrival.

• Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 28 days from the date of arrival.

• In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of arrival date, the full cost of the apartment is payable.

• The number of people occupying an apartment must not exceed the number declared.

• A supplement of £10 per night will be charged for Extra persons (up to the capacity of the apartment) .
